The new "Extinction · Resilience" exhibition at the Palaeontology Gallery of the Hong Kong Science Museum is now open to the public. It aims to provide the public with an understanding of the challenges and evolution that life has gone through. The exhibition is divided into six zones to introduce five major mass extinction events that occurred in the Earth's long geological history and features over 100 sets of precious animal and plant fossils of different periods. Among them, the 7 pieces of museum-grade fossilised Dryobalanoxylon exhibits are on loan from Nina Park of Chinachem Group.
